Burn Site Open
8:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the City of Pittsburg burn site, located 1.5 Miles east of Rouse on Quincy Street. The burn site is a free service to the public for discarding fallen tree limbs and brush. No household trash, landscape timbers, treated wood, or other items will be accepted. Wood must be in natural form. Lazy River Challenge

Participants will enjoy strength exercises as they walk or jog through the resistance of the lazy river current. This lower body and cardio workout is a great opportunity for parents with kids in swim lessons, which are held at the same time. Adult Swim Practice Session 1

This one hour of swim practice is for competitive swimmers and triathletes, as well as adults who would like an introduction to competitive swimming. A certified swim coach will organize workouts.
