K-State Grilling Academy- Braising the Steaks

Learn about grilling, cooking, and smoking multiple beef

cuts. This workshop is for all experience levels and offers a

fun steak cooking competition.

Topics: palatability, cooking science, cooking methods, spices, degrees of doneness. The guest speaker is Dr. Erin Beyer, a Meat Science Extension Specialist. Cost: $40, includes lunch, limited to 25 spots!
